When we opened bookings in late summer, we weren’t sure what to expect. A brand‑new venture, a tight window before winter - would people find out about us? And would the Airstream be what they expected?

The Airstream's First Season: Five-Star Success

But after the first guests arrived at the Airstream, we knew we’d created something special! And every single review has been five stars so far! We’re so delighted our guests have enjoyed their stay’s so much. The past few months have been full of highlights:

• Families enjoying sunny evenings
• Couples taking slow, scenic weekends away
• Guests taking time out in quiet surroundings and exploring Aberdeenshire’s delights

We’re grateful to everyone who chose to spend part of their Scottish adventure with us. It’s been really encouraging, and makes all the renovation seem worth it after all!

Great location, very peaceful, many things to do within easy travel distance. Unfortunately never got chance to do more. We stayed 2 nights in the Airstream.
Excellent bed, beautiful view and equipped with every comfort.
The bathroom is small, but we managed just fine.
We liked the owner's tip to take the train to Aberdeen.

Super vintage caravan in a beautiful peaceful spot, gorgeous views. Kirsty was so welcoming and we found everything we needed inside - and some delightful welcome goodies! It was beautifully clean, the bed was soft, lovely bedding and some very cool decor, without being cluttered. The living area was quite spacious, but the bathroom is teeny!

It’s a 10/10 from us! From the minute we arrived until we left, we couldn’t have asked for more! Kirsty’s place is absolutely amazing! It is such a beautiful, quirky wee home. We honestly couldn’t find any negatives at all. We couldn’t believe how well thought out it was, Kirsty and Graeme have thought of every small detail. Nothing was too much bother, Kirsty was so quick to response to messages and Graeme was at hand if you needed anything at all. Small personal touches were just lovely! The Airstream is now tucked up for winter while the weather does its worst. But behind the scenes, we’re already planning for Spring 2027. New touches, smoother processes and a few upgrades to make your stay even better.

And the best part? Bookings for 2027 are already open.
